ON THIS DAY: Today I have to say that the false killer whales were the stars of the day. Don’t get me wrong we had met an extremely handsome resting whale in the morning over white white sand.
He was huge and ALL black, even his belly. So black in fact that the white scars and spots on his velvety blackness could hold the secrets and maps of the galaxy. #mrconstellation .The symmetry of white pec fins inlaid with such an intricate black paisley design was definitely from #thehouseofdior . And if that wasn’t enough he had a 5 o’clock shadow along his lower jaw lined with sparkling yellow barnacles 🐋😍 why was he by himself? ..... clearly he is a

So after we ogled him for a while, we headed back and bumped into the false killers heading north. And #indawataindawata we got and again and again. It was stunning listening to their pings and squeaks and seeing the babies and how they porpoised over the swell. They smile at us and took us over white sand, reef and even into a school of barracuda !!!! Omg it was a blast! 💙🐋
